The working language of the event is English, with some speakers and presentations delivered in Russian. Simultaneous translation will be provided.
The event will take place in a closed-doors, interactive, small-group format from Friday later afternoon to Sunday. We encourage you to study the program before registering.
The particular focus of this event – combating Internet censorship and restoring unfettered communications on temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.
You’ll will be asked to choose a hackathon track to participate in: 1) Research 2) Outreach 3) Digital activism 4) Coding
Participation is free. Due to security and privacy concerns during this sensitive period, your registration must be approved by the conference organizers before you can participate.
