Please read before applying

  • The working language of the event is English, with some speakers and presentations delivered in Russian. Simultaneous translation will be provided.
  • The event will take place in a closed-doors, interactive, small-group format from Friday later afternoon to Sunday. We encourage you to study the program before registering.
  • The particular focus of this event – combating Internet censorship and restoring unfettered communications on temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine. 
  • You’ll will be asked to choose a hackathon track to participate in: 1) Research 2) Outreach 3) Digital activism 4) Coding
  • Participation is free. Due to security and privacy concerns during this sensitive period, your registration must be approved by the conference organizers before you can participate.
