The working language of the event is English, with some speakers and presentations delivered in Russian. Simultaneous translation for this session will be provided.
The particular focus of this event – combating Internet censorship and restoring unfettered communications on temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.

Participation is free. Due to security and privacy concerns during this sensitive period, your registration must be approved by the conference organizers before you can participate.
