The project is a wiki-like knowledge base of logistics and methods to circumvent sanctions in favor of the Russian military-industrial complex.

The purpose of the database is to keep a record of MIC infrastructure, collaborating businesses and military technologies, archive disclosed and record current sanctions circumvention schemes.

The goal is infrastructure for collaborative OSINT investigations and whistleblowing.

Most likely, the ability to work with tabular data like the one in OCCRP Aleph should be built in right away. Ideally, the database should combine wiki capabilities (collaborative narratives and data verification) with database capabilities, i.e. an interface for working with large amounts of the same type datapoints.

Given the specifics of the data, it is important that the database combines the features of collaboration with protection against hostile actions (security, anonymity).
