This three-day event will bring together activists, tech experts, journalists, and researchers to explore strategies for promoting digital rights, combating censorship, and defending online freedom of expression.
Featuring keynote speeches, networking and brainstorming sessions, and a hackathon experience “Digital Resistance Lab” will provide a unique opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals and learn from some of the leading voices in the field of internet freedom.

April 29th, Saturday
10:00 – 10:30 – Welcome coffee;
10:30 – 12:00 – Kick off session for 4 areas:
1) Researchers – Censorship and Propaganda Research / OSINT;
2) Promoters – Anti-Censorship media, art, marketing, and education;
3) Activists – War Resistance Movement technologies and Practices;
4) Toolmakers – Anti-Censorship tool building;
All participants are divided in 4 groups, they work within those 4 groups till the very end of the hackathon. Within the kick-off session all participants introduce each other and pitch their projects and share the challenges in front of them. Each group has a facilitator, a note-taker.
12:00 – 13:00 – Lunch
13:00 – 14:30 – Brainstorming – groups discuss what the participants within those groups are doing. The purpose of the group is not to do 1 thing per group but to coordinate different projects and activities within the groups. By the end of the kick-off session, all participants in all the groups know what they’re doing; they’re inspired;
14:30 – 18:00 – Development – work on the projects;
